Meet Takis

Takis (Panagiotis) Mengos has 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, where he has held a variety of senior commercial roles at country, regional and global levels in multinational companies. His fields of expertise are Marketing & Sales Leadership, Marketing Excellence, Selling Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Launch Excellence, Multi-channel Marketing, Commercial Operations and Business Development.

During his career, he has led many local and multinational teams. He is passionate about seeking customer insights and building customer-centric solutions, listening to and learning from others, solving problems, generating new ideas and new and improved ways of working, as well as leading organisational change. He believes teams should embed a culture of excellence, learn from each other, set ambitious goals which require creative thinking to achieve, and systematically implement and monitor robust plans to achieve their objectives.

Takis values integrity, honesty and straight talk, with respect to other people’s ideas, personal views and feelings. His optimism makes him always see the glasses as half-full, and he is allergic to negative attitudes, especially to the “we can’t do this!” one.
